Four years ago, I weighed 155kg. I was miserable, even if I looked happy.

Then I moved to a remote village in Mallorca, and decided to figure it out once and for all.

I lost 63kg in 7.5 months. My story went viral. But then I regained almost half the weight back.

I had to learn how to keep it off — living a normal life.

It worked.
