I lost 63kg in 7.5 months. My story went viral. But then I regained almost half the weight back.

Yes, I only want to work with people who yearn to lose weight. I was a 60kg (130 lbs) overweight guy for half my life. I understand how tough it is having to take the lift because you're afraid of a flight of stairs, struggle to fit into an airplane seat, or tie your shoelaces. I used to avoid photos or meeting people, all because I was worried about what people thought.

We'll do check-ins together, I'll message you throughout the week, and you'll have 24/7 access to me via chat. I don't believe in boring, restrictive diets. I will give you a meal plan but it is not a bible to follow - it will be full of options based on your favourite foods and snacks that will allow you to hit your deficit. My job is to give you the tools, knowledge and system to lose weight forever. I want you to be 100% confident that, if you gain a few lbs over Christmas, you have all the tools you need to get those extra lbs off in a few weeks. I'll help you build a better relationship with food while equipping you with everything you need to understand calories, protein, alcohol, takeaways - all the stuff real life includes.
The most important thing is that you are doing the exercise you enjoy. Whether you prefer the gym, the living room, walks in the park or even just getting steps in on the way to work, I'll build a plan that fits your work-life balance, your goals and your lifestyle. Even if you cannot exercise at all due to physical or time limitations, weight loss is absolutely possible and achievable. How often you train is up to you. You tell me how many sessions a week you can manage, and I'll build your plan around that. Even if you're not able to train at all, I can still get you results. Exercise is great - but it's not essential for fat loss.
Most clients start seeing results in the first few weeks. My job is to guide you at a pace that works for your life, break things down into phases, and make sure you're progressing without burning out. We mustn't go from Zero to 100 in the first week or two. That's exactly why New Year's resolutions always fail. People go from Netflix in blankets on the sofa, eating mountains of food and downing booze to attempting to completely overhaul their life in a few days. That's an awful approach. It's too overwhelming. We will go through the process with an easy, natural progression that you enjoy. But if you commit to the process, I promise you'll make serious progress.
You'll use my coaching app to track everything - weigh-ins, measurements, photos, motivation, sleep, steps, protein intake - all of it. I'll always keep an eye on things behind the scenes and adjust your plan as needed to make sure you keep progressing.
You're not broken. Most people fall off because they're trying to follow plans that don't actually fit their life. They go all-in on something super strict and end up burnt out or bingeing by the weekend. That's not what we do here.
We build a system that works for your routine, with flexibility baked in - and I'll be checking in often to help when life gets messy. If you've struggled in the past, you'll probably do great here, because we'll finally build something that feels doable.
100%. Most of my clients have full-time jobs, kids, packed schedules or they travel every other week. We work together to build something flexible. That might mean adjusting calories for travel days, changing training plans for hotel gyms or home setups, or just keeping the bare minimum ticking over while life is hectic.
This process doesn't have to be perfect - in fact, perfection is the enemy of success - it just has to be consistent enough to get results.
Coaching is £75/€80/$90 per week with a 12-week minimum commitment. That includes everything - training, nutrition, mindset, full access to me for support, and weekly check-ins. I've got different packages depending on what you need, and we'll talk through all of that before you sign up.
That's up to you. Some clients finish up and feel confident continuing on their own, and that's the goal. Some sign up for longer terms because it works out cheaper, others want to stay on a monthly basis because they're almost at the finish line and love the structure, support, and accountability.
The coaching is subscription-based and it will renew at the monthly price at the end of the initial period (12, 24 or 36 weeks), but we will chat before your time is up and make a plan to either continue or sail off into the sunset with success achieved!
